In order to best serve our clients, we ask that you notify the salon at least 24 hours prior (48 hours prior for PMU services) to your scheduled service should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior (less than 48 hours prior for PMU services) to scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
“No Show” appointments may be subject to a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
All cancellation/no show fees will be charged using the credit card on file.
